Service was prompt and friendly. Food was great! I had the firehouse Mushroom Swiss. I added fried onions and it came with fries. I must say it was fantastic. my son had the curds which were on point. Plus I had some tenders too. All were amazing. worth the stop for local business support.
SO good! Talk about home-cooked meals. I thought the food was fantastic. Great quality, nice portions, excellent prices. The stuff and the ambience were wonderful too. I really enjoyed this place and so glad I found it while visiting here.
Awesome as usual! Best chicken dumpling soup! We had perch basket as well. Excellent!
First time visitors, heard lots of great things about this place and was not disappointed. Small diner, space can be limited, but everything is homemade. We got a free donut sample because we visited on a Friday. I have to commend the line cook for making my fried eggs Perfectly- the whites were fully cooked (no slime!) and the yolk wonderfully runny. We took 2 slices of pie home, and this was a challenge to just choose 2 because we wanted to try them all! Friendly staff, will be back.Edit: 6-12-22, family came for Sunday supper, we all had the ribs special, two of us tried it with the broasted (fried) chicken. Everything was delicious and freshly made. We've ordered take out many times, everything is always fresh and craveable. Always order dessert!!!
Only been there once. But the Burgers and broasted chicken were delicious. We will be going back to try more of the menu.
We love this place when we visit my Father. Excellent food, great desserts and run by a great owner. The ambience reminds me of a Norman Rockwell painting.
Love this place. Great food, excellent desserts, and great staff.
This is a nice homey and friendly place. The food is good and the waitress was great. We went here for lunch. Reasonably priced, family friendly. I ordered a side salad and it had a lot of vegetables in it that I normally don't see at others do. I enjoyed it.
